Can be added into smoothies when blending or sprinkle over cereal. Mix into tea or coffee as an energy booster. Suitable for vegetarians. Recommended starting dosage is 0.5 teaspoons a day, gradually increased. Normal dosage would be about 1-2 teaspoons a day.
