How do I order your products?

You can order our products by 3 main methods

2) Use our order form (Downloadable online) & email or fax your order forms to sales@gardenpicks.com.sg or Fax: +65 68534859

What are the payment methods available?

1) We accept both cash and cheque on delivery when you order online! For cheque payments, please make payable to “Garden Picks Food Manufacturing LLP”

2) We also accept credit card payments when you order online.

3) Alternatively, we can SMS you our bank details if you wish to do a bank transfer instead. Do contact the office in advance if doing so.

Where do your products originate from?

We hand-pick dried fruits and nuts of the highest quality from suppliers all around the world, including those from Australia, USA, EU, South America and many more! You can check out the product origins on our online store.

How can I find the nutrition value and ingredients of each product?

Visit our online store and click on the product that you are interested in. Look for the nutrition information or ingredients tab and you’ll be able to see them!

What is the shelf life of your products?

Each product is clearly labelled with a “Best Before” date. Rest assured that your products will last at least 3 months when you receive it as we are constantly getting new stocks. However, different products have different shelf lives. Average shelf life of our products is 6 months to 1 year, some are even longer!

Is Garden Picks Halal Certified?

Garden Picks itself is not halal certified, however many of our suppliers are. All our products we carry do not contain pork, lard or alcohol based ingredients. You can be assured as we do have a large number of Muslim customers ordering our products on a regular basis. If you need any certifications or official ingredient reports on a certain product, please contact us stating which product it is regarding and we will send you an email.

For the 3 packets for $10 promotion, can I order different products?

Absolutely! You can mix and match any 3 packets that you desire. Exceptions are products that are only sold in bulk such as raw cashews, pecans and some other products.

How long will it take to receive my items once I’ve ordered?

We will deliver to you within 1-3 working days upon processing your orders during non-promotion/non-festive period and up to 7 working days during promotion/festive period. For urgent delivery, kindly give us a call at 66594859 during office hour.

My order is below $50, however I want to avoid paying the delivery surcharge

For such situation, you can order for self-collection which requires no minimum quantity and involves no surcharges. You can either collect at our office (8B Admiralty Street #01-07 Singapore 757440) on weekdays between 9am-5pm or 8B Admiralty Street #02-19 Singapore 757440 on Saturday between 8.30am-5.30pm. Just make sure to give us a heads up before coming.

Are there any physical stores where I can purchase your items or can we buy it at any supermarket?

Our products are not available at any supermarkets currently as we aim to provide ‘factory fresh’ products to all our customers. However, at different times of the year, we might be operating pushcarts at different locations for you to purchase our products. Keep an eye on our social media platforms for any updates on our pushcarts operation. Otherwise, you can also call us and our staff will be more than happy to answer your questions!

Can I purchase the products at your office?

Sure you can! However do note that we do not have a showroom to display our products. We encourage you to pre-order with us so that we are able to pack your items beforehand for collection when you arrive. Alternatively, you can come down to our office and browse through our catalogue. Once you have your order ready, our staff will pack the items for you in no time!

Can you deliver after office hours?

Unfortunately we are unable to deliver after office hours. Following are some solutions that we can go about:

  1. We can deliver to your office address during office hours
  2. We can leave your items in your electrical riser/cupboards outside your house and you can bank transfer us the payment
  3. We can deliver to another address where someone is available to collect on your behalf
Do you ship overseas?

Unfortunately we do not currently send regular orders out of Singapore except large export orders for wholesale enquiries.
