A quick and easy dessert recipe – Basic Chia Seed Pudding:
Mix 1/4 cup of chia seeds with 1 cup of liquid (milk, water, juice, etc.)
Allow it to sit for a few hours in the fridge.
The seeds will absorb the liquid and expand. Top with fruits or nuts as desired.
