• Hampers can only be paid via Bank Transfer or Paypal (Additional 3% Surcharge) if sending to recipient directly.
• Confirmation of order will be made via telephone. If you do not hear from us by the next working day, kindly call us at 66594859.
• We reserve the right to replace any item with another of equivalent or higher value depending on stock availability without prior notice.
• In the event that a delivery is unsuccessful after 2 attempts, a $8 redelivery fee will be charged for the 3rd attempt and each attempt thereafter.
• After an order is confirmed, a 50% charge of hamper will be imposed for cancellations before the delivery date and 100% charge of hamper will be imposed if cancellation is requested less than 24 hours before delivery date.
