Steel Cut Oats

1 cup of Steel Cut Oats to 2 ½ to 3 cups of water to pot. For more creamy texture you may add 1 cup of water, and 2 cups of milk instead. Add a pinch of salt for some flavour. Let the oats simmer for about 20 minutes, then stir the oats every now and then to make sure they aren’t sticking to the bottom.

Once the oats have been simmering for about 20 minutes, wait about 5 to 10 minutes of additional simmering to reach the ideal texture.

**Note desired oatmeal texture can be reached by adjusting amount of liquid & waiting time after oats have been done simmering**
