Biodynamic Wholegrain Farro

Rinse farro
Combine 1 part farro with 2.5 – 3 part water in a pot
Bring mixture to a boil and then reduce the heat
Simmer for 20 – 30 mins or until desired texture is reached
Drain excess water

Farro can be to salad or soups and stews, replacing rice or other grains.
